FAST!! I usually pull up and get in within 5 minutes...oil change done in 10 minutes. I don't know how much faster one could do this. great customer service and $79 oil changes can't be beat. My 5th time here.

Great place to take all my vehicles. If it wasn't for going there I would of had more problems with my vehicles. Its a relief to have a trustworthy place to get my vehicles the full service maintenance it needs to keep it going.

I was passed over in line twice. Received several eye rolls when I asked why two people had gone in front of me. And as I left, one of the Service men said “spoiled” through my open window. Throughout the encounters with the servicemen I was polite and appreciative I only asked for respect and consideration when I was obviously skipped over. I feel I was discriminated against due to the color of my skin and my age. I am a Caucasian middle-aged woman who was passed over by two young local patrons. One of which was a young woman who the man was flirting with. I did feel very upset to the point of almost crying when I left. When I was telling the story to one of my other middle-aged white female friends, she said that she had had similar experiences at the Hilo fast lube location. I will not go back to Lex Brody for any services.

All was well (as it usually is), until the end. The oil change and safety check were done quickly, but then, it seemed like they didn't want my money. Took 10 minutes after I started to watch the clock to get the invoice (I already was wondering what was taking so long before I started to watch the clock)

Had trouble (long back log of waiting customer) when I arrived the first time at 11 am. I took lunch and did some errands and came back at 2 PM and pulled right into a service stall. Techs performed a quick safety check and fluids inspection in rapid succession while the old oil was sucked out (not drained) into a volumetric container so you could view the amount and quality (how dirty) the oil was. I found out the oil was low and will now monitor the oil level more closely.
